Text Box: Program on W. M. Boyton Studios In 2005, John and Dea Baxter gave a program and donated a large collection on original photographs taken by W. M. Boyton from 1910 to the 1950's.  His Studio was located on the 2nd floor of the Beall Bldg. on Carrollton's Adamson Square. Boyton used some of the most innovative techniques in photography of his era. He also took group photos of the men who joined the military during WWII. Four photographers once had studio's in the Beall Building: J. G. Buyers, W. M. Boyton, W. O. Fowler and Bill Smith.
