If you are making a Donation in Memory of a Loved One, please make sure you fill out the in Memory of section of the form.
Donating by Mail: If you would rather mail in your Donation to us, please click on the .pdf icon in the right hand column to download and print our Donation Form and simply complete the form and mail it to the address listed along with your donation.
Donations to the Carroll County Historical Society will be used to fund preservation projects in Carroll County, Georgia. All Donations are Tax Deductable.
